COMMON MYTHS ABOUT BULK MAIL

MYTH #1 - Bulk Mail is only for large mailings.
TRUTH - We have programs for almost all companies whether you mail in small or large volumes.

MYTH #2 - I only send out a few hundred pieces at a time, therefore I won’t save money.
TRUTH - We DO NOT charge any set-up fees which is very rare. Most companies will charge a $50.00 - $100.00 set up fee eliminating any savings. By eliminating any set-up fees, you can save money even if you do small mailings.

MYTH #3 - Bulk Mail isn’t worth the effort.
TRUTH - We can actually do all of the work for you. From addressing the piece to folding and stuffing the pieces, we use machines to automate your mailing and save you time, money, and effort. We even pick up your materials and deliver the mailing to the post office.

MYTH #4 - Bulk mail is much slower than First Class Mail.
TRUTH - There are many classes of mail including First Class Mail at discounted rates. First Class Mail at the bulk rates have the same delivery time as putting a First Class Postage Stamp on your piece. Standard Mail can take a few more days but offers greater savings. We can help you decide which class will be more beneficial for you.

MYTH #5 - I have to have a permit in order to qualify and I have to apply meter postage.
TRUTH - You do not have to have a permit. In fact, you can use our permit. There are several options for applying the postage to your mail piece including metering, permit imprint, and using pre-cancelled stamps that appear like regular stamps.
